Today's adventure included, in this order: a dentist, a puppy, a Christmas tree, rain, another puppy, some great finds, pizza, a locksmith, and prunes all accompanied by a cute little reindeer!
I went to the dentist, we went to cut down our Christmas tree and saw a cute little puppy (Cadence LOVES puppies! Especially ones that let her pull their hair.), it started raining, went to a thrift store and met another puppy who let Cadence pull his hair, we found some great Christmas gifts, realized that neither parent nor child had the car keys but that the car keys were in fact still in the car-which was locked, got some pizza waiting for the locksmith, came home and unloaded our treasures, gave Cadence some prunes (what a funny face she gave us!) and then waited till 11:30pm for her to come down from her sugar high from the prunes (do you think it's possible for a baby to become hyperactive from prunes? She was certainly VERY alert afterwards!).
Note to self: always carry your purse with you into the store, even if you think it's safe in the car...you're not safe without it! If you do lock your keys in your car, always do so when you are near a pizza place. Never give your baby a new food at night, so that if she gets hyperactive from it you don't have to loose sleep over it.
And always go on an adventure with a cute little reindeer. I always do :)
